GroomTrackr ("we", "us", "our") provides software that helps pet groomers check dogs in, send live tracking links to pet owners, and keep a history of grooming appointments.

• Account info from groomers: email, password, business name.
• Appointment data: pet name, breed, owner name, phone number, notes, photos, and stage updates.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

3. How we use information

• To operate the tracking link sent to pet owners.
• To let groomers manage appointments and dog profiles.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• To communicate service updates.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, email) necessary to run the service, or when required by law.

5. Tracking links

Public tracking links contain a random token. Anyone with the link can view the appointment status, pet name, and groom photos shared by the groomer. Do not include sensitive personal information in notes you push to owners.

6. Data retention

We retain account and appointment data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Children

GroomTrackr is intended for use by groomers aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
