1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GroomTrackr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

GroomTrackr lets pet groomers check pets in, share live status links with owners, upload groom photos, and keep a history of appointments. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Your account

• You must be 18+ and able to enter a contract.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

4. Your data and owner consent

You must have the right to enter pet and owner information into GroomTrackr, including phone numbers you share with your clients. You're responsible for getting consent from owners before sending tracking links or storing their contact info.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or harassing content.
• No uploading photos that aren't yours to share.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• No reselling the service without our written permission.

6. Photos and content

You retain ownership of photos and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing it on the owner's tracking page).

7. Fees

Some plans may be paid. Pricing and billing terms are shown at signup or on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using GroomTrackr anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

GroomTrackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that messages and tracking links will always be delivered instantly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GroomTrackr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
